Alienware takes about 6 times longer than WidowPC to process orders, let alone receive them. Well, that was my experience anyway. WidowPC gave me great customer support, a lower price on the laptop, and I got it in well under 90 days (more like two weeks). On the flip side, Alienware still hasn't refunded my 2600 dollars for the laptop I never received. But they did refund about 600, why, well when you figure that one out let me know. Just buy from WidowPC; it's safer that way.

I had actually ordered an Alienware, and after reading countless negative reviews, I cancelled my order and ordered one from WidowPC. I am sure glad I did, because Alienware was talking about my order taking over a month to process.I ordered my Sting 9096 laptop, absolutely loaded, and received it in a week and a half. They were great to work with, very pleasent and professional. Let me tell you this PC rocks!! It is wicked fast, and full of cool toys. I build networks for a living, and so I know a little something about PCs, and let me say this thing is incredible. All of the guys I work with are totally envious, and are talking about getting one themselves. I have been playing Half Life 2, and have set all of the video and graphics settiings at the absolute highest on all options, and this thing is running them extremely smooth and fluid. Not bad for a notebook computer, and better than my coworkers brand new desktop.

I received my amazingly fast gaming rig in a few weeks which was good considering it was christmas The price was better than any other pc builder i could find. I recently needed a laptop with alot of power because I create 3d graphics and poser was taking forever to render. I found widow pc and was able to customize a very powerful machine to fit my needs. It was absolutely great! Iam very happy. Iam also sending all my friends to widow pc. My hubby is a gamer and soooo jealous of my laptop. It runs faster than his Alienware desktop. Great Buy!!

We ordered from Widow PC because they advertised a product that performed as well as Alienware, but without the inflated cost. They are highly knowleagable and spent a lot of time with us on the phone helping us chose our new laptop. We love our new laptop. It is great for gaming, very fast, reliable, awesome graphics, etc. Widow PC delivered our laptop as promised with great customer support throughout the process. I recently purchased a Sting 5604 from WidowPC. the sales agent was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and the computer has been amazing. I had planned to buy an Alienware, but when I found out that I they simply rebrand and resell laptops from Clevo, I came to my senses, and actually bought a BETTER machine cheaper from WidowPC. I'd highly recommend the Sting Laptop at WidowPC.

AWESOME COMPUTER!! Never in my life had I cursed the long Memorial Day weekend until it delayed the arrival of my new laptop. But, I finally got it and I have never seen anything like it. If a stranger walked up to me and asked what I think - I would wholeheartedly recommend WidowPC. In fact, I've already done that to a couple of friends at work that are interested in getting a new computer. Feel free to use any of my comments as a testimonial. Also - the fact that you were so quick with a response to my feedback impresses me even more. That there really are people there that sincerely care about their product and customer feedback is very nice to know. Another thing I didn't mention, and should have, this is one of the first times that I have gotten a new computer, and everything worked exactly as it should, right out of the box. I didn't have to spend any time at all with a customer support specialist to get things working right. Also - the case is terrific. I'm still in the stage of just leaving it on, and admiring the fancy lights :) So, not only is it a great CPU, it looks great too.
