WidowPCs certainly live up to their "positively outrageous customer service"! I emailed them with a few general questions and got a clear and consice answer in a couple of hours!
I tend to watch the grammar and fomating of emails but their reply made mine look like an untidy scrawl!
All my questions were answered above and beyond what I expected, most other companys have just linked me to their FAQs page. I honestly felt that they did mean it when they asked if I needed any more help.
I take my hat off to you WidowPCs and look foward to buying a laptop from someone I really feel I can trust!
